Restaurants and commercial kitchens
Kitchen lines fail differently from everything else. Grease goes down warm, cools on the pipe wall, and hardens; every service adds another layer until the opening is a fraction of the pipe. By the time it backs up, the line has usually been closing for months.
That is why snaking a restaurant line is often a temporary fix. A cable punches a hole through the blockage and the water runs again, but the grease is still on the walls and the line closes back up. Hydro jetting strips it back to bare pipe, which is the difference between clearing a line and actually cleaning it.
Offices, retail, and heavy-use restrooms
High-traffic restrooms fail from volume and from what gets flushed. Paper towels and wipes are the two most common causes of a commercial restroom backup, and both tend to lodge in the same places, which makes them quick to find with a camera.
We work when you are closed
We answer around the clock, and for commercial work that is usually the point. Clearing a restaurant line at 6am or an office stack on a Sunday means nobody loses a service, a shift, or a day of trading.
Before you sign a lease or buy the building
We can camera the line before you commit. Finding out what is under a slab after you have taken on the space is considerably more expensive than finding out beforehand, and a photo report gives you something concrete to negotiate with.
